During his recent visit to Boston, Haysha Deitsch confirmed what he previously knew about the city – it is one of the most beautiful cities in America, with a European vibe. The city has a rich history and beautiful buildings. One of the things that impressed Mr. Deitsch the most, was its cleanliness and lots of greenery. Most of the people that have visited Boston say that the city wins over with its charm. With every step you take, you get the impression that over time the city has accumulated a lot of wealth and important events that make locals people of the city, without showing off.
A part of the unfortunate event at the Boston marathon, Deitsch can't link Boston to any form of crime. Walking through the city streets, the first thing you notice are the numerous parks among the city's skyscrapers. Everything is impeccably maintained, and Deitsch admits that the architecture is considerably ahead than most US cities.
Boston is one of the greenest cities in America. That means that the awareness of environmental protection is widespread. This is evident at every turn. Everywhere you turn you'll see calling for recycling, reducing the carbon footprint, sustainability, etc. In his latest visit, Deitsch discovered an interesting fact about the city. Namely, the local government decided to move underground the main road that goes through the city center, and instead open more parks on the ground surface. This is all quite impressive. It is evident that they have put in a lot of time and efforts into planning every single detail of those green spaces.
He went for a morning walk in one of Boston's City parks and set next to a pond with ducks, geese, and swans. Living in New York for so long have made him forget what it feels like to be in nature. With every step he took, he noticed more and more green spaces filled with flowers, trees, fruits, and vegetables.
